Nicole was the Director of Global Communications at Western Union, creating the first integrated plan for 250,000 agent locations worldwide. At Liberty Mutual, Nicole contributed to the award-winning “Responsibility Project” managing print and online advertising, as well as mobile and social media initiatives.

 

As a published author, Nicole is recognized for her expertise in social and digital media and their impact on marketing and business. Nicole has delivered numerous workshops for private, corporate clients and also teaches Digital Marketing Strategy and Integrated Marketing Communications at Harvard and Boston University's Questrom School of Management. Nicole blends her subject expertise and business experience with relevant, curated content to keep participants engaged throughout her courses with a highly engaging and interactive format.​
