For fifty-five years I have been in the field of human development, engaging topics as diverse as visioning, technical rock-climbing, poetry, coaching skills, authentic leadership, team effectiveness, and facilitation skills. Central to my development was at age thirty discovering experiential learning.
That methodology has been important to my thirty years in the corporate world and involves simulations, action-learning projects, reflection, and application-planning. My work coaching individuals are informed by the GROW model and the values work of Manny Elkind and are based on the principles of deep listening.
