Jennifer has extensive management consulting experience in growth strategy and innovation. Over her career, she has consulted to leading global and national clients in a wide range of industries such as financial services, healthcare, wireless/telecom, chemicals, and consumer products. These include GE/Synchrony Financial, Experian, PRGX, Cigna, United Health, AT&T, Bell Canada, T-Mobile, DowDuPont, Syngenta, BASF, GM, Philips, P&G/Gillette.
Jennifer is an expert practitioner of Blue Ocean Strategy and Experience Co-Creation innovation methodologies, and founded Frontier Strategy to help clients pursue new growth frontiers, launch products and services, and build the processes, organizations, and tools needed for improved innovation capabilities and execution.
She enjoys being a guest lecturer and mentor at business schools, and speaks at conferences such as the Association for Strategic Planning, Innovation Enterprise’s Women in Strategy Summit, the American Chemical Society, and the Boston Medical Devices Summit.
Jennifer holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
